Friendly lady oped acc but other than that worst bank ever. No communication, no followups, waiting for card since 20/02/19 when opened my business account husband the other director received his card 27/02/19 ordered the same day,time and needs to be delivered at the same address, yet only he got his and I am still waiting phoned branch manager Zelda Friday 1/3/19 said she would get back to but never did I HAD TO MESSAGE HER MONDAY 4/3/19 to remind her to get back to me, its the 7/3/19 still no card!! NO call to say its on its way, honestly if my husband did not ask me to try again with fnb I would move all my accounts and our 2 business accounts with fnb to a bank that values their clients . disgusted and frustrated with FNB!!!!!! Bad experience! Not Ayoba
