Really pathetic service from Glocell. I requested my contract be cancelled in December 2016 up to today it has not been done, they continue to drag their heels. A bunch of morons, who treat nothing with urgency
They do not answer their phone or their emails. BAD service is an understatement. They billed me R1800 for a capped data contract that is supposed to cost R200/month. They suspended the contract when I refused to pay that amount leaving me with no option but to pay it. Now I'm battling to get the additional R1600 back from them. They are incompetent and unprofessional.
Bunch of fools that work at glocell.they dont answer there phones, when u get hold of them thy say they will call u back an it doesnt happen, they dont even know how to assist u if u have a problem they just push u on to a next person.while i was at the store a customer came to take a contract they offered him 2 phones, the customer went out of the store an the 1 sales rep says to the other ssles man we dont have stock an also the warehouse doe not have stock, so when the customer comers back inside the store they tell him they dont have stock but they did not even phone da warehouse.
