SIM Swop that can't be done for almost a week now. The stores can't assist and the customer call centre is so unfriendly
To Whom It May Concern I did try to contact 808 several times this morning holding the line to speak to a consultant Unfortunate while holding the line, the line to be cut every time This is really frustrated to try solving MTN,s problem taking my air time Valued at R1777.72 Yesterday phoning X141# the values did appear on my account, today shown R000.00 Why The airtime is valid for five months as from upgrade MTN confirm this statement on 12/01/2015 @ 16:30 on SMS received and stated as follows value of airtime has been located in an expiry wallet on your account, the airtime will be valid for 5 Months Please return my moneys Waiting on your speedy reply
I have upgraded in June 2016 over the telephone. The consultant made an error with my package and now I have the incorrect data and Airtime combination. I have been trying ever since over the phone to sort it out. I have now been told to visit an MTN Store to assist me. It is impossible to be helped at an MTN store during my lunch hour as there is normally only 1 person attending to about 20 customers most of the time.
I have aways been with MTN but these days the service you get is very poor especially with call centre and customer care for staying on the line for more than 45 minutes.
