I tried phoning the telephone number I was given by exchange 031-2655722. I phoned twice and both times this happened: the phone rang for a while and then it was as if someone picked up the call, dead silence, then cut off. Third time I phoned it went to voicemail and advised the mailbox was full - how this can happen with a Telkom phone is beyond me. Service a big fat NIL
very bad, calls are never answered! Telkom is just useless put you on hold forever , I think business should get taken elsewhere!
I have been waiting for Telkom after paying my start up fee & monthly bill for Fiber on their R599 deal. I was promised that Simone would come through within 10 working days. That was in August 2017. It's a month later & I cannot even get hold of anyone to assist me. What is up with These guys. If this is their service I would like to cancel & rather go with Mweb who is slightly cheaper & far more efficient. Not impressed with Telkom as are millions.
