Try to report business phone (landline nr 0119554840) as from Thursday 19th March....Through cell phone, via internet and via lanlines....HELP PLEASE Business IS suffering....!!!!!!!!!!
I applied for a contract and was advised that it takes 2-3 days. I have not received any feedback and even if it is declined, they could have the decency to call. Their lines just ring all the time and no one answers.
nobody ever answers the phone for Telkom being a huge company its sad to say the customer service is very bad or is it that they just dont care because they are making to much of money from us .
