After arranging my upgrade almost 4 weeks ago, the phone still hasn't arrived. Over and above that whenever I went in to see them they weren't interested, nevermind helpful at all, consultant was playing on his pc while I was talking to him. When I sent an email to customer complaints, they apologised and suggested I cancel the contract?????? Good experience! now that's Ayoba

Been waiting since April for a copperline phone line to be moved to fibre. After 6 reference numbers and a technician arriving today only to be told "they made a mistake" they sent the wrong person to sort the problem. Bad experience! Not Ayoba

cancelled my line completely. I called call centre, spoke to 3 consultants whom advised that I must wait for 48 hours. I am a business woman and without my phone is detrimental to my business. I called them again and they said I have to wait, that means my business and my life must come to a wait for 48 hours. Now its after 48 hours and still no restoration. Pathetic! Bad experience! Not Ayoba
