    After arranging my upgrade almost 4 weeks ago, the phone still hasn't arrived. Over and above that whenever I went in to see them they weren't interested, nevermind helpful at all, consultant was playing on his pc while I was talking to him. When I sent an email to customer complaints, they apologised and suggested I cancel the contract??????

    Been waiting since April for a copperline phone line to be moved to fibre. After 6 reference numbers and a technician arriving today only to be told "they made a mistake" they sent the wrong person to sort the problem.
