Applied for ADSL line in store. Not very helpful but line was installed. Then had 2 more applications put thru on my name. One was for 2 cell phone contracts another for an expensive internet package. Thank goodness I phoned 10210 and managed to cancel the unauthorised orders. The attitude of the staff in the store is to say the least unacceptable. I have spent 1hour 25minutes on the phone to cancel the orders. Staff in the store should be trained on how to handle the public as well as to be careful when putting thru orderrs. All I can say is thank goodness I managed to cancel otherwise it would have cost me quite a package for negligence on the part of the gentleman that works in that particular store. Good experience! now that's Ayoba

Totally inadequate and disrespectful attitude from the staff at this store.If Telkom had a viable competitor in my area believe me I would use them.One of the staff put the phone down on me. Bad experience! Not Ayoba

Pathethic service. The queues are always long and whe you do get to the front, the person is useless to help you. I have being trying to get the credit that is owed to me for over a month now. Been there twice, still useless with alot of storied. H/O says the voucher is sent to the branch, the branch state they have not received it. Nobody from the branch is willing to even speak to their H/O. Good experience! now that's Ayoba

Went to the Telkom store at Greenstone shopping mall on Saturday 2nd April 2016. MY husband and I were third in the queue, not so bad. We waited for just over 45 minutes in the queue before we were attended to. When we finally got served, the attendant Latoya was so rude, didn't greet after our long wait in the queue, we greeted her. Thereafter she had such an attitude when she attended to our request. She was not apologetic in any way for her rude service and didn't attempt to even be friendly after we voiced our opinion. There doesn't seem to be any urgency to assist customers at this store. The staff just go on about their work at a very slow pace with no concern for the people waiting in the queue's. This is not the first time that service was poor at this branch. Totally appalled at the service we received. Good experience! now that's Ayoba
