    Telkom Westgate MAll 1. They never answer the landline! I have called early in the morning and midday on numerous occasions and there is no response. They have no waiting time. I stood in the line for more than an hour before I was helped. The staff is too relaxed and so nonchalant. Appalling service!

    Telkom is the most useless network provider ever who employs the most incompetent stuff that I have ever encounter, from their walk in stores to their contact centre consultants. They don't know the products, they don't have any customer skills and furthermore they will never give you the correct information. I have had endless problems ever since I have moved over from Vodacom to telkom mobile 2 years ago. I had to walk after telkom to give them business, by having to continuously calling the contact centre and walking into the Westagate store just to find out when we are due for an upgrade, which we still were given wrong information on. Finally when we visited the store again on Sunday 17/07/2016 a consultant by the name of Simon assisted us with the upgrade, but she herself was not too sure about the products displayed in their catalogue. She said they have stock of the huawei device but will have to order the LG device, 5 min later she came back and said they don't know if she can order the LG ( that is still in/on their latest catalogue ) because they have not received stock for 2 months and they also don't have stock of the huawei device. she then went on and promised me that she will submit my document the next day ( 18/07/2016 ) and give me a call to provide me feedback on the progress of the orders. It is Wednesday the 20/07/2016 already and still no call from any of tekom’s people, I however received a whole lot of sms's requesting me to rate their service, which I replied with a 0, ( which means: I will definitely not recommend tekom to anyone ) as a service provider, but they kept on send me the same sms as if I was forced to reply with a number 10, ( which means: I will definitely recommend tekom to anyone ) sickening I tell you, gone are the days where people took pride in customer service and their brand..... Called the customer care number 10210 @ 13:53pm on the 20/07/2016, spoke to Cannan Mtetwa who advise that his team leader is busy and will call me back. her name is Brenda Tshikhudo. I still have not received any call yet Called again @ 14:45pm spoke to Scelo Hlengwa who put me through to his manager @ 14:50pm ( Luthando Ngcobo ), I was advise that he cannot help me I will have to go back to the store that I have applied at.

    Am not happy with the service that i get from the Eastgate Mall i think those Consultent in Eastgate Mall they need More Training about they Job pleae telkom do sopmething before you lose business because of those consultent or just put another one the .

    Really how can you have your numbers on website and when you call its says the number you have dial is in service . That is very bad
