I went to Telkom in Woodlands 3 times already to stop my ASDL land line, as Telkom also after it was connected made me a offer for the same monthly fees and with more data to get a router WIFI, I did that and then went to Telkom to stop the ADSL line service, I am still being billed for the ADSL and at the same time for the router WIFI network. What is Telkom doing, I need this sorted.

I took my Zyxel router to Telkom Woodlands Boulevard for repairs in April 2017. I was told to wait for 21 days (which was never mentioned when the modem was advertised...). More than 2 months later, I am still waiting! I got a call from the store a few days ago to say the replacement router is ready for collection. I got there on 25 June, and there was no router, and no explanation - till today.
