My Samsung handset died and was sent to Telkom for repair. The Handset IS still under warranty. I received and SMS saying its out of warranty and someone will contact me. No one has contacted me and I cant get hold of a number that is operational to speak to anyone about this as the support numbers say they don't deal with handsets Marion James
We have 13 Telkom mobile contracts and sad to say the service delivery is pathetic. Waiting for contracts to expire and then goodbye Telkom.
