I have left 4 messages for some one from management to contact me and up until now have had no reply. This shows staff have no respect for their members and are rude and I'll mannered. Other option Is they have not learnt how to use a telephone yet Bad experience! Not Ayoba

Really pathetic service from Glocell. I requested my contract be cancelled in December 2016 up to today it has not been done, they continue to drag their heels. A bunch of morons, who treat nothing with urgency Bad experience! Not Ayoba

They do not answer their phone or their emails. BAD service is an understatement. They billed me R1800 for a capped data contract that is supposed to cost R200/month. They suspended the contract when I refused to pay that amount leaving me with no option but to pay it. Now I'm battling to get the additional R1600 back from them. They are incompetent and unprofessional. Bad experience! Not Ayoba
