cannot get hold of the store nomatter how many times u call i was at the store like every day always got different issues with my account its over a week and notthing u cannot call the store because no 1 answers the land line so many times im in the store phone rings even if thy dnt have any clients. i dnt ever think id open any off my accts with telkom store in lenasia worst service ever if service isa like tht i dnt think ill recomand telkom
very slow service, no one calls you back , competiors to telkom much fater in doing contracts
The service levels are pathetic. Impossible to resolve my queries for admin staff to management. I give up
telkomsa.net E Mail deleted by mistake. Telkom cannot restore after hrs on the phone. Locate a store on the Internet, the number dialled says does not exist. 10210 call, person takes 5 min to look for a store. Telkom once restored my E Mail over the phone, and at one time back was SUPER. They have degraded, not improved at all. Staff need training for their jobs. Would NOT recommend anyone to use Telkom.
I took out a contract with Telkom mobile for my wife, I stated that I wanted the contract capped to what the contract offered, it was agreed and Telkom honoured the agreement for about the first 5 months, after that I have had endless problems with my billing, Telkom allocated spend limits and a second contract to my name with out my consent. I have logged a query since aug/sep 2015 and still to date I am receiving billing errors. I strongly advise people not to go with Telkom Mobile as they have no clue what they are doing and they will Debit your account for any amount they feel fit and not what was agreed up.

I took a LAPTOP contract on the 15 January 2015 with the Lenasia Store which was a package that included the Laptop,Modem and the Bag. The problem is that the bag was too small for the laptop and i said they must get me the correct size and i have been waiting since then, and when you call the store or visit them they tell you that they don't know what is happen they are also waiting for the response, i find this so unprofessional and bad customer service. if i could i would take back the Laptop

i took a rooter for my daughter for 240 now they debiting 877.00 i dont want this thing no more they can take it back
What a disappointment !!!!! The employers are sooo slow and incompetent .... I recently went in to open up a contract on a tablet ... One person says yes we have stock .the next says no we don't ! Anyways I wait 3-4 days before I have to call them to find out if there stock has arrived. They say yes everything is approved please come in . I go in today saturday 6 feb ...onli to wait for half an hour before the manager helps me . Might I say Veli is very unprofessional not even a smile ..... He then says he needs more bank details for me as he is the maanger and he is the only one to approve my contract . In the process making me feel soo small and like a suspicious person . I really feel everybody in that store needs a wake up on how to treat PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!! I really feel like cancelling all the paper work and telling ur TELKOM employees to go to HELL !
