My 24 months contracts expired 3 months ago and I am still being debited. I went to the branch a month before it was due and informed the consultant to cancel it at the end of contract. I phoned the call centre to cancel they told me to go to the branch. The number of the branch is always engaged. Telkom will do anything to take your hard earned money. I am not amused at all
I applied for the April special R349 on 15 April 2016 and was promise it will take a week. Till today I did not receive any feedback from Irene Village Shop. I am phoning 0126620062 and 0126624075 without any luck. Can some one assist with an alternative number
Nothing is done correct at this Irene store it is frustrating seriously, my sim swap was done there but the card is not activated.

I am trying to get through to Irene on 012 662 4075 and 012 662 0062 and line is permanently engaged. Can Telkom not install more lines to their branches? Mall at Reds Telkom Mobile never answers. Do they have telephones instore?
