They do not answer their store land line and I am furious as I need assistance.
"I took out a contract with Telkom a months ago and asked Veli to do a sim swap for me as well .To date nothing has been done .I phoned Veli two weeks ago and he said he forgot and will do it the next day. I phoned the next week and he tells me it is stuck in the system and he's waiting . I have had to carry two phones because of this and when I spoke to customer care line they said the sim swap can be done in one day .I am very disappointed in the way they can not provide service to customers and wouldn't advice anyone to go the Lenasia branch."
I Cannot get hold of the store no matter how many I call i was at the store on sunday and every day they have got issues if its not the system that down what or something , I have one issues with my account its over a week and nothing I explained that I want to cancel my contract because the give me the wrong contract they told me they will call me Monday and now, I cannot call the store because no 1 answers the land line so many times I'm in the store phone rings even if thy don't have any clients. I don't ever think id open any off my accounts with telkom store in lenasia worst service ever if service isa like that I don't think ill recommend telkom
Arrogant cocky staff-fone ignored deliberately. Had to return to the store multiple times before a migration could be actioned. Staff are lazy and it seems that they are doing customers a favour
