Hi I went to the bank to have me personal loan and as I was been assisted there was and error which came from Vodacom's side saying I owe them R4445, however took it up with Vodacom and they gave me a letter stating that I do not owe them. I forwarded it back to the consultant and I am still waiting like people in CPT waiting for rain. There is absolutely no interest of following up from this branch at all...I am definitely not impressed and disappointed. So I just though I should just leave this info right here. Use it, don't use it just know that if nothing is done here bad service will improve to being worse.
